PROGARMMABLE PATTERN SEWING MACHINE IS A DIRECT DRIVE EXTRA HEAVY DUTY SHUTTLE HOOK STITCHING MACHINE THAT CAN PENETRATE UP TO 5 LAYERS OF WEBBING AND OTHER COMPOSITES. YOU CAN USE UP TO 400 TEX NYLON OR POLYESTER THREAD PER YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

The big colored screen enables operator to
check easily all information about the sewing
job - pattern, number of sewn products,
sewing speed, status of all optional functions,
current position of the sewing, etc.Patterns
for sewing or editing can be selected from
the pattern library. The patterns can be easily
edited (move, copy, enlarge and reduce etc.)
using the touch screen.
■ Machine is standardly equiped with ergonomic holder of monitor (EH) and needle
cooler (NC).
■ Machine is actuated by direct drive servomotor and gearbox, which makes a torque of up
to 6.5 Nm.
■ USB port ensures easy transfer of data
with USB pen drive and supports connectivity of HID equipment, such as PC mouse or
keyboard.

to the machine
01 Holder of the LCD screen - The adjustable ergonomic holder for the LCD screen is
supplied as standard.
02 The machine is suitable for sewing
voluminous materials such as belts, lashing
straps or ropes (up to thickness 15 mm) or
for usage of threads with thickness 10-8 Nm.
03 XL barrel shuttle hook with bobbin 23.8
x 25.8 mm.
04 Machine can be supplied either with
independent pneumatic lift of right/left part
of the feed plate or without the feed plate
using the system of pneumatic fixing of the
clamps
05 Needle cooler is used for prevention
of thread breaking or burning when sewing
heavy materials or at high speed and is
standardly equipped
Barcode Reader - used for identification of
the feed plate. After insertion of the new feed
plate, the barcode is scanned and corresponding pattern will automatically load from the
machine memory.
The control of the machine through buttons -
this control is using as safety element for the
protection of operator. The machine operation
is started by pressing of these two buttons.
Mouse port - used for connection of PC
mouse, which makes machine operation and
programming easier. Mouse is not supplied
but any type can be used.
Light curtain - provides sewing space interruption detection. This device stops the machine immediately after the operation space
is interrupted and thus protects operator
from injury and machine from damage. After
pressing the pedal the machine automatically
continues the sewing operation from the
point of interruption
DXP-01 software is specially designed for making various patterns on GPS-series machines.
Sewing data can be created by importing vectors from CAD systems (DXF format). Another
possibility is tracking of the base pattern by
the sewing data.
The software also enables operator to check
the pattern and run the simulation of sewing
operation on computer. The transfer of patterns to machine is done by USB flashdisc.
